Mayhem Pro – Ticket Refund Policy

If you are wishing to cancel your ticket to an event and are applying for a refund, you need to email us at admin@relentlessprowrestling.com.au

If email is received: –

• More than 14 working days from event date: A full refund or credit to future events will be provided subject to confirmation of event requirements.

• Less than 14 working days from event date: Event ticket fees will not be refunded; tickets will instead be credited to a future event. Relentless School of Pro Wrestling and Mayhem PRO cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 14 working day period.

Please see further conditions:

• We will accept a transfer of the ticket to another person at no extra cost.

• A full refund will be given to all ticket holders if an event has been cancelled by Mayhem Pro.

• Non-Attendance: If a ticket holder fails to attend an event for which they had purchased a ticket, the event ticket fees will not be refunded or allocated to another event.

Relentless School of Pro Wrestling and Mayhem PRO reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. Where a refund is due to a ticket holder a full refund will be made within 14 days via the same method payment was made unless requested otherwise.
